ITM 101 – Introduction to Computing and Information Technology 3 Cr.
This course introduces fundamental concepts of computing and information technology.
Students learn about computer hardware, software, data representation, storage systems,
networking, multimedia, internet technologies, basic cybersecurity, and emerging IT trends.
The course builds a strong foundation for advanced IT and management subjects.
ITM 102 – Structured Programming in C 3 Cr.
This course focuses on the fundamentals of C programming. It includes:
data types, operators, control statements, loops, functions, arrays, pointers,
structures, unions, and file handling. Students gain both theoretical knowledge
and practical coding experience through lab work.
ENG 103 – English I 3 Cr.
English I develops academic reading and writing skills. The course emphasizes
paragraph and essay writing, grammar, editing, vocabulary building, critical
thinking, and cross-cultural awareness. It strengthens students' communication
ability for academic and professional use.
MGT 103 – Foundation of Business Management 3 Cr.
This course introduces the basic principles of business and management.
Students learn about management functions, leadership, planning,
organizing, staffing, directing, and decision-making in a business
environment with special focus on IT-based organizations.
MTH 103 – Basic Mathematics 3 Cr.
This course provides mathematical foundations required for IT and management.
Topics include number systems, sets, real numbers, functions, limits,
differentiation, integration, matrices, and vectors. It supports analytical
thinking and problem-solving skills.
